| Words Of The Wisdomless: More or Less - Every one is expected to do more or less what others have already chosen to do. It's the expectational soul that chooses to go their own way, more or less. It's really special people that can do all this with not knowing it more or less. Are you special? I know I am, more or less... - Chato B. Stewart |

Words Of The Wisdomless:
Talking to my therapist about the horror of my childhood her comment surprised me. She said, "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you."
It made me think, it was the first time any one said sorry to me for it. I've heard it said other ways, but she took ownership of my pain and I felt some closure.
Let's try it. "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you." -

Words Of The Wisdomless: What if -
Words Of The Wisdomless: What if -
"Each Day we ponder the idea of balance, we worry... 'What if I get sick", we fear this day with so much perplexity that even when we are well we make our-selves sick. Hope, believes we'll be well. Hope has faith we can do better... Hope is recovery and the best thing about hope... It can be shared."

Words Of The Wisdomless:Not Your Fault-
"We should not feel ashamed or be made to feel guilty for our mental diagnosis... You don't hear about diabetic discrimination. Yet, people living with an mental illness, a disease that can be treated with medications are made to feel ashamed or guilty. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT... There is help, There is recovery."

Words Of The Wisdomless: Hope? -
"Never, Never Ever, Give up HOPE! Hope for a good today and a better tomorrow. Hope that my wellness plan works! Hope that my meds work. Hope that I can avoid my triggers. Hope that my symptoms won't interfere with my life.
Hope that if I get mad someone won't immediately point out that it must be due to my meds or due to my mental illness! Ya... HOPE!!..."

Words Of The Wisdomless: Street Walker -
If you make one step today toward your goals then, that is one step closer to reaching your goal. But, if your goal is just to cross the street then, a few extra steps won't hurt.

Words Of The Wisdomless: Nothing More -
"A mental illness relapse is nothing more then a period of time that just didn't go right. It's nothing more to worry about, nothing more then a detour on the road to recovery. All we need to do is get back on our road and nothing more."
